Our mission is to ensure that all neonatal team members have the resources to develop comfort and competence in providing primary palliative care to neonatal patients and their families.​

Our Goals
  • Know: Provide NICU team members with training to understand palliative care principles and practices...

  • Feel: so that team members feel confident identifying appropriate patients and situations for palliative care...

  • Do: to be able to effectively provide primary palliative care and engage specialty palliative care when appropriate.
